I’d Rather Be… Lying on my back
…lying on my back
in the long grass
basking in the warmth
of a highland summer’s day
drinking in
the vast array of sensations
no words can define
listening to
the buzz of the bees and flies
the tunes of breeze
through the grasses
the call of the sheep
to their growing lambs
indulging in
the bouquet of scents
and watching the clouds
gently floating by…
… succinctly… in Heaven!
Delicious – Ch’ewe’rs Heaven
