Day Sixteen: Treasure & Close-up

There is so much in life to treasure but ultimately for me are my son and a sense of deep inner contentment, something that eluded me for a sizeable chunk of my life. Thankfully those moments have been increasing in frequency and duration over a number of years and I treasure every one of them.

The Global Rainbow was a laser display that toured Britain a couple of years ago. It was quite impressive. This shot was taken almost a mile away.

The double rainbow speaks for itself, nature’s true beauty.

I know which one I prefer.

Day Four: Bliss & Captions

I can think of many things that conjure up the feeling of bliss and it has taken me ages to plough through them!

But one stands out slightly more above the rest. Sunsets, and especially by the sea.

No matter where I am, when the sun begins to set I will do my best to stop what I am doing and indulge in the moment.
